Visitor's welcome and goodbye memory : A poster featuring Morions -the famous characters in  "The Moriones Festival"
Moriones Festival is an annual festival in Marinduque held during Holy week. Men and women wearing morion (mask) and Roman soldier's costumes are called Moriones/Morions. They roam in the streets to scare children, ask for foods or donations, and simply as a form of "Panata" or "Pagpapahirap sa Sarili". The final event of the festival is the Pugutan- a theater presentation featuring the story of Longinus - Roman Soldier present during crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
